The Bucks County probe centered on two downloads of video files showing young girls engaging in sex acts. The files were allegedly downloaded to a computer based in a house on Friendly Lane in Bristol Township’s Levittown section.
Tracking the computer using its globally unique identifier, Sciscio said he found out later in fall and winter 2013 that the computer was in Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates. The chief added he found out in winter that Cavada was a member of the Air Force and was deployed in the Middle East.
