A Morrisville woman was not injured Monday in a crash that sent her car into the woods.
State police said the 32-year-old was driving too fast on the Route 1 to I-95 ramp in Middletown at 9 a.m. when her vehicle left the roadway and went into a wooded area. The vehicle struck a tree and turned onto its side.

A photo from the scene shows the vehicle traveled several yards into the woods. State police did not report how far the vehicle traveled before rolling on its side.
State police, firefighters and medics from the Penndel-Middletown Rescue Emergency Squad responded to the scene.
Troopers reported the woman will be cited for traveling at an unsafe speed.
