Falls police were first called to a laundromat on Penn Valley Road around 4:30 p.m. on Saturday because McManus would not leave the property, police said.  Court records show McManus had been asked to leave the property and not return on past occasions.

McManus appeared intoxicated, a police officer wrote in court papers.

Police said the 47-year-old got in a “fighting position” and allegedly told the officer, “F**k you, you know who I am?”

McManus was put into custody, processed and released.

On Sunday at 12:14 p.m., an officer was dispatched to Pennsbury High School’s field house for a “disorderly person.”

Court papers say McManus urinated against the building used by student athletes and gave parents the middle figure.

“The defendant then laid on the ground with his pants down,” court papers say. They add that McManus’ genitals were exposed.

An off-duty Lower Makefield police officer approached McManus, who was standing with his genitals exposed, and said he was “just taking a piss,” according to court papers.

Police said McManus once again appeared intoxicated.

At the time of his second arrest, the Pennsbury campus was being used by a football organization and children were nearby.

Between the two incidents, McManus was charged with counts of public drunkenness, indecent exposure and disorderly conduct. He was remanded to Bucks County prison unable to post bail after a Sunday arraignment.

Court records show McManus’ drinking has caused numerous arrests over the past few years.
