Bristol Township police filed charges against a man they say attacked a woman and left her on the front porch of a Croydon residence with her breasts exposed.
Officers were dispatched toย 500 block Cedar Avenue for a “domestic situation call” about ย 8 a.m. on September 23, according to court records.

Upon arrival, police found a woman on the concrete entrance of the residence seemingly unconscious, according ย court documents.
The victim, police say, had no shirt on. Her breasts were reported to be exposed and her belongings scattered about.
Police say Paul Wallace, 48, was standing over the woman at the time. Wallace told police, according to court documents, that he let victim stay at his home and now wanted her to leave and that is why he physically removed her from the residence to the front porch.

Upon further investigation, police confirmed the victim did in fact live at the residence. Officers then took Wallace into custody and charged with simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment.
Bristol Township police noted in court documents ย that images were taken of the victim’s injuries. They did specify the type of injuries and if she was transported to local trauma center.

Wallace was put behind bars on 10 percent of $30,000 bail. A preliminary hearing scheduled for Bristol Borough District Court on October 15.
