Kyle Belmont, 20, of Walnut Avenue, Langhorne, was arrested for possession of controlled substance in Firefighters Park.

Theft

Sometime between 7:00 p.m. and 10:15 p.m. on September 25 unknown actor(s) stole an iPhone 5 from the Hong Luck Restaurant on Veterans Highway, Levittown. The value is $690.

Andrew Weaver, 41, of Pinewood Drive, Levittown, was arrested for possession of controlled substance at Route 1 and Interstate 95.

Driving Under the Influence

Robert Bodine III, 39, of Schindler Drive in Yardley, was arrested at Route 1 and Route 213 was arrested by summons for a DUI.
