Waterside, a new, luxury, townhome community on the cusps of Croydon and Bensalem at 2375 State Road, will be hosting its ground breaking event this upcoming weekend, included a ‘Muddy Shoe Tour’ this Saturday, all for prospective residents who are looking for a slice of heaven, right on the Delaware River.
The community, owned by Mignatti, is planned to be very imitative of cities like Annapolis and Arlington, with flat-style townhomes and individual townhomes priced from the mid 200’s. The planned community will be complete with a dog park, city-like alley ways, street parking along tree-lined roads, even a faded view of the Philadelphia skyline.

Mignatti, a builder of custom homes and the Heritage Point community in Ocean City, NJ, hopes the completed community will even include a restaurant, boutique style shops and a marina.
