Suspect Allegedy Tells Cop: ‘I Am Going To Bash Your Head In & Boil You Alive’


Police allege multiple vehicles and a home were broken into by Jenya Berdar.

The first call came in to Officer Jason Mancuso at about 5:00 a.m. on September 12, when the victim located the defendant, Berdar, 20, of Belair, Maryland, in his vehicle, according to court documents.

According to the probable cause affidavit, multiple calls came in throughout the morning, each one saying a white female was either in vehicles or that a vehicle was rummaged through.

Berdar was identified to authorities by one of the victims, according to official documents.

Berdar was transported to police headquarters, and during transportation, allegedly told to the arresting officer, โ€œWhen I get out I am going to bash your head in and boil you alive with my Russian mob friends.โ€

During the post arrest interview, Berdar explained that she had entered a total of 10 vehicles and one home and targeted electronic items, according to the probable cause affidavit.

Berdar said that when she noticed many of the electronics had pass codes were discarded. One of the items was an iPad that was thrown away in a back yard, according to court documents.

Berdar was arraigned by Judge Joanne Kline on charges including include burglary, terroristic threats and the receiving of stolen property.ย  Berdar’s bail has been set at 10 percent of $150,000.

Berdar’s preliminary hearing has been set for September 24 at 1:30 p.m.
