According to court papers, Law was waiting in a silver Ford Explorer outside a residence on Clymer Street. When a man who lives on Bath Street came home from work. Law made it clear he was there to fight him, police said.

Law allegedly pulled the black revolver, which was later determined to be a BB gun, and the two scuffled until borough police pulled up.
