Digital First Media Corp. is selling 70 buildings through the country and one they own in Bristol Township is on the list.

The company – which publishes the Bristol Pilot, Bucks County Advance, Trentonian and other regional newspapers – is under contract to sell the former Inter Press building at 2100 Frost Road, according to a report on Philly.com. The building is expected to sell for $3.5 million.

The 70,000-square-foot building used to hold the offices and printing presses for Bucks County-based publications. Printing has since been moved out of the county and the offices for the local weekly newspapers have been moved to Montgomery County, according to a former employee of the company.
The property is being sold by Twenty Lake Holdings of New York City through broker Praxis Commercial.
“Since 2012, Twenty Lake Holdings and Praxis Commercial have facilitated the sale of 67 properties, generating significant capital for other Digital First Media business needs,” Joseph M. Miller of Twenty Lake Holdings said in a statement. “With these listings, the companies have 70 newspaper buildings for sale with $85 million in combined value.”

The newspapers are operated by Yardley-based 21st Century Media, which is managed by Denver-based Digital First Media. The company was formerly known as Journal Register Company.
