The project has been almost a year in the making, but Falls Township now has a new and modern municipal website.
After approving the proposal for a new, more efficient website back in September 2013 to be performed by the Catapult company, the work has finally been completed.

The board members hoped the new website would help modernize the township and make the website more efficient and easier for residents to access.
The new website which features a similar news and calendar feature, now allows for residents to subscribe to its email list. The website is also now more desktop, tablet and mobile device friendly.
The website design was developed using a CMS or Content Management System and allows township employees the ability to access it and update it without the use of an IT professional.

Catapult, which helps manage 15 municipal websites, previously designed Middletown Township’s municipal website, and according to Falls Twp. Supervisors, received nothing but positive reviews.
The project which costs the township $499 a month (for 36 months), included the new site design, system maintenance, available upgrades and quarterly training services for township staff.
