Red Lobster, Olive Garden Site in Middletown to Split

The Middletown Township Board of Supervisors recently voted unanimously to pass a subdivision plan for the Red Lobster and Olive Garden lots on East Lincoln Highway.

According to background information compiled by Pat Duffy, Zoning Officer for Middletown Township, the current single lot would be divided into two lots.

The lots together are a total of 3.62 acres. The first lot, currently containing the Olive Garden restaurant, will be 1.80 acres. The second lot, currently containing the Red Lobster restaurant, is 1.83 acres.

According to background documents, the lots will continue to share conjoined parking lots as well as the entrance to the lots.
