Healing Your Way will host a Fall Open House at 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 26, at its Levittown location at 1909 Veterans Highway.
Co-owners Dr. Danny Tu Khounh and Meenal Patel, who also operate facilities in Newtown and Doylestown, are inviting the public to attend the event.
Patel described the center as a “holistic health hospital.” The practice integrates a variety of services, including acupuncture, hypnosis, the Trager Approach, integrative medicine, physical therapy, personal training, nutritional counseling, light therapy, organic meal prep and cooking, and recovery equipment.
The physical design of the center focuses on wellness elements, such as moss-covered walls intended to ground the space and specialized lighting engineered to block blue light frequencies.
Tu Khounh and Patel established their healing practice in Bucks County in 2002 after working as scientists at an RNA biotechnology firm. According to the owners, their scientific backgrounds set their facility apart from many standard holistic practices.
Tu Khounh noted that the business is designed to complement conventional medical care rather than replace it. By evaluating a patient “as a whole,” he said he has been able to identify underlying health issues that might be missed in emergency room settings.
Operating primarily on word-of-mouth recommendations, the practice draws clients from across the country, with patients traveling for care from states including California, Texas, South Carolina, Maine, Massachusetts, and Utah.
