Allyssa Hay is facing charges regarding the possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia, and false identification to an officer of the law.

According to court documents, Hay, 23, was sleeping in a tan Ford F-150 truck near Andover road in the Fairless Hills section of Falls Township recently.

Upon arriving at the scene, Officer Christopher Iacono woke Hay and noticed drug paraphernalia on the inside of the car in plain view, according to the probable cause affidavit.
When asked to identify herself, Hay gave the name of โAshley Lopezโ and told Iacono that she was born on August 4, 1992, according to the affidavit of probable cause.
During the subsequent radio check, it became clear to Officer Iacono that โAshley Lopezโ did not exist. Despite being informed of this, Hay insisted on her fake name and birthday, according to court records.

Upon confirmation that the given identity did not exist, Hay was taken into custody with no conflict, police said in court papers.
According to the probable cause affidavit, a search following the arrest showed that Hay possessed eight white bags containing suspected heroin residue.

According to court documents, Hay faces charges of possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia, possessing a controlled or counterfeit substance, and false identification to law enforcement authorities.
Hay previously told a judge in March that she was a heroin user. At that appearance she was arrested for unauthorized use of a vehicle. She is schedule for ARD court in July in that case.
Hay’s was cited via mail on June 2. Her preliminary hearing will be held July 22 before District Judge Jan Vislosky.
