Michael Vickers apparently has issues with his hands. His hands allegedly seem to attach to things that don’t belong to him or he tries to use his hands in an effort to secure scrap metals.
On Wednesday, Vickers’ recent penchant for his touching and taking affliction was addressed in Bristol Borough District Court in two separate cases in front of District Judge Frank Peranteau Sr.

Vickers is accused of stealing a barrel of scrap metal from the yard of a Bristol Borough resident, Tom Soto, over the Veterans Day holiday weekend last year, according to police,
Soto called police after he found the Bristol man at a local scrap yard on Route 13 trying to exchange what was the residents gift fund for his sons Christmas gifts.
Vickers waived his theft charge and in exchange his possession of drug paraphernalia charge was dropped.

Some 50 days later, Vickers was arrested again as he attempted to break into home on Pine Street, according to police.

Vickers, according to court filings, intended to break into a Spruce Street home to steal copper plumbing pipes. Vickers was apprehended by the owner of the Spruce Street residence on Pine Street, Vickers, police alleged cut through a screen on the outside of a window, attempting to gain access to the structure.
The suspect, currently a resident on the jailfare program at Bucks County Prison, winced several times as the charges were amended and waived during the preliminary hearing.
Vickers waived the seven related burglary felony offenses on to Doylestown. His is scheduled to appear for both cases on June 20.

No word on whether Vickers will receive treatment for his copper dependency.
