Warrant Raid Nets Wanted Locals


Several Levittown-area residents wanted for crimes they allegedly committed were arrested Thursday.

Here’s a list of the locals who were taken into custody:

  • Diane Andujar, 48, of Levittown, was charged with felony drug delivery.
  • Charlie Shadt, 42, of Croydon, was charged with theft.

Bensalem police lead the warrant sweep Thursday morning and members of the Philadelphia Police Criminal Intelligence Unit and State Constables took part in the operation, which netted nine people as of 4 p.m.

Here’s a list of local residents police are still looking for:

  • Steven Chalfant, 21, of Levittown, is wanted for felony drug delivery.
  • Jose Lugo, 28, of Bristol Township, is wanted for felony drug delivery.
  • Hakeem Rivers, 25, Levittown, is wanted for felony drug delivery.
  • Michael Ponist, 32, of Levittown, is wanted for felony drug delivery.
  • Justin Deamer, 33, of Croydon, is wanted for theft.
  • Eric Emberger, 29, of Croydon, is wanted for felony drug delivery.
  • Donald Crawley, 22, of Levittown, is wanted for felony drug delivery.
  • Adrian Thompson, 23, Croydon, is wanted for felony drug delivery.
  • James Proper, 28, of Levittown, is wanted for simple assault.

“The purpose of this sweep was to aggressively search for those people who commit crimes in Bensalem and continue to avoid the criminal justice system,” Bensalem police said in a statement.

Police said the operation that was carried out targeted 52 people wanted for various crimes.

Law enforcement asked anyone who has not been captured but it wanted to turn themselves in.
