The 26-year-old woman said Timothy Dress, 25, of Middletown Township’s Levittown section, violated her with his fingers and penis. Despite requests to stop, Dress did not and asked the woman if he was “going too hard or should go faster,” she said.

The alleged rape happened after 6 a.m. in an apartment at the Village of Pennbrook apartment complex on Millcreek Road on Saturday, March 1.

The woman told the court she arrived at the party around 3 a.m. She said she drank and played beer bong at the party, which was reported to be hosted by her sister’s boyfriend.

The woman went to sleep in a bedroom as the sun was coming up and awoke to the assault, according to her testimony.

The next thing the woman recalled, according to police and testimony, was Dress raping her from behind. The woman called out for her sister but Dress is alleged to have pushed her face into a pillow and put his hand over her mouth.

The woman told the court she did not remember what happened after the rape but woke up around 10 a.m.

The woman told her sister what happened after she was alone with her later in the morning. She said she went to Doylestown Hospital for a sexual assault examination.

The examination by a nurse showed thigh bruising, vaginal abrasions and a torn fingernail, which happened as she tried to get away, according to court papers.

Dress’ attorney Louis Busico said in court that the 25-year-old was not guilty.

After the testimony from the woman, District Judge Jan Vislosky  forwarded charges including rape and aggravated indecent assault to Doylestown for trial.

Dress is free on 10 percent of $250,000 bail.
