Cops: Man Busted for Selling ‘Blue Pills’ Outside of His Home


Lower Makefield police with the help of a informant busted a Levittown man last week for allegedly dealing narcotics to undercover officers four separate times.

Jason Marable, 35, is accused of selling ย a total of 45 percocets ย and 11 oxycodone pills to undercover officers in Yardley and Middletown over a 25 day period, police wrote in court documents.

Authorities used funds – totaling $1,375 – from the Bucks County Drug Forfeiture Fund for the purchase of the powerfully addicting pain killers from Marable, court records indicate.

Marable, according to the probable cause afftidavit, lives on the 200 block of Snowball Gate Drive in the Middletown section of Levittown, sold drugs to undercover officers steps away from his front door was arrested last Tuesday.

He was arraigned last week by Middletown District Court Judge John J. Kelly on three counts of felony drug distribution and one count of criminal use of a communication device. Marable is being held at Bucks County Prison on 10 percent of $100,000 and is schedule for a preliminary hearing on May 1 in front of Kelly.
