The Klein Group of Florham Park, N.J. bought the property for $9.5 million or $50.13 per a square foot. The shopping center, which features a Pathmark and Retro Fitness among other businesses, is just over 189,000-square feet.

CBRE represented seller Earle W. Kazis Associates, Inc., a real estate holding company based in New York City.

“Fairless Hills Shopping Center has tremendous upside in enhancing the aesthetics as well as the tenancy given the location in the second largest retail submarket in the Philadelphia suburbs,” CBRE’s Brad Nathanson said.

Pathmark is the shopping center’s largest tenant and has been in its location since 1994.
