Just In: Flood Watch Issued by Weather Service for Lower Bucks

The National Weather Service issued a flood watch for Lower Bucks and surrounding areas around 3:20 p.m. Friday .

The flood watch is in effect until 8 p.m Sunday evening.300px-US-NationalWeatherService-Logo.svg_

Forecasters at the service are predicting wide spread rain fall of 1-3 inches  for late Saturday and going into Sunday.

Most of the rain will come during a 12-hour span which can cause drainage problems areas such as small streams.

NWS warns that those living in areas prone to flooding to be prepared should flooding develop.
