Falls Planning Commission to Vote on Dividing Old Sears Hardware

Plans to divide the old Sears Hardware on Plaza Boulevard in the Morrisville section of Falls Township will come before the town’s planning commission Tuesday night.

Property owner Pennsbury Associates is asking for a waiver for allocation of space. A Planet Fitness and currently unnamed store are planned for the storefront.

A minor subdivision for a property on Middle Drive in the Morrisville section of the township is also on the commission’s agenda.

The commission meets Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. at the Falls Township Complex in Fairless Hills.
