Burglary

Between 7:30 a.m. and 4:40 p.m., a home on Tempo Road was broken into and iPads, jewelry and cash were stolen.

Joe L. Barnes, 63 of Morrisville, was cited for public drunkenness at 11:30 PM on Bristol-Oxford Valley Road.

Retail Theft

Jasmin Jaquez, 19 of Hamilton, N.J., and Mooreni J. Soto-Gramajo, 18, of Trenton, N.J., were cited for retail theft on at 7:08 PM at the JC Penney in the Oxford Valley Mall. Jaquez removed $83 worth of merchandise and Soto-Gramajo removed $68 worth of merchandise.

Criminal Mischief

A large piece of rolled up carpet was thrown on a 1999 Honda parked on Town Road. The incident happened overnight and caused damage to the vehicle.

Someone entered a home overnight on Curry Hill Road and stolen a $50 gift card.

DUI

Richard D. Stives, Jr., 41, of Levittown, was arrested at 12:20 AM on Frosty Hollow Road and Oxford Valley Road for DUI and numerous traffic citations. It was also determined that he had a warrant out of Mercer County, N.J.

Possession of Narcotics

Elizabeth Humel, 26, of Bristol, was arrested at 6:18 p.m. at Giant Food St0re on New Falls Road for possession of narcotics and retail theft.

Criminal Trespass

William F. Wright, 49, of Philadelphia, was cited for retail theft and criminal trespass on Sunday at 2:30 p.m. at Sears in the Oxford Valley Mall. Clothing of unknown value was taken.

Retail Theft

James Rivera, 30, of Morrisville, was cited for retail theft at 2:58 PM at Giant Food Store on New Falls Road. He reportedly took $12.50 worth of merchandise.

Attempted Burglary

A resident of Firtree Road reported some tried to enter their home around 4:45 a.m. The home had a rear sliding glass door window broken out.
