The cause of the crash could be traced back to a dark-colored SUV that crashed into a utility pole in the area of Jefferson and Prospect avenues around 9:15 p.m.
Sgt. Joseph Moors told LevittownNow.com the female driver of the SUV was transported to a local hospital to be treated. Her current condition is not available as of press time.
PECO repair trucks arrived at the scene at 9:50 p.m. and got to work fixing the crumpled pole.

Alcohol is not believed to be a factor in the crash, Moors said. The cause of the crash has not yet been released.
Power began coming back around 10:15 p.m.
