
Some people aren’t afraid to just let it all hang out.
A 47-year-old man homeless was arrested Monday for walking into a Tullytown bar with just a coat on.

Robert M. McManus, 47, was arraigned before Judge Robert Wagner on charges including indecent exposure, resisting arrest, open lewdness disorderly conduct and public drunkenness. He was sent to Bucks County jail on 10 percent of $10,000.
Borough police were alerted around 1:20 p.m. to the intoxicated man entering the Tullytown Tavern and sitting down wearing nothing except a gray coat, according to court papers.
Tullytowm Police Chief Daniel Doyle and Officer Phillip Kulan arrived to handle the situation.

With other people in the bar, some trying to eat, McManus became upset and resisted when the officers attempted to handcuff him, police said.
Prior to the Tullytown Tavern incident, police said they received word McManus was walking down Main Street and was nude under his jacket.

McManus was charged last week with public drunkenness following an incident in Falls Township.
