The Middletown Township Planning commission will offer input Wednesday night on the a proposed 480 unit housing development in Levittown.
Ingerman Development Company has submitted the early sketch on the proposed complex, which would consist of 480 residences. The development would be built off Woodbourne Road behind Kmart at the site of the old Langhorne Speedway. Zoning issues would face the developer if the plan moves forward.

Residents are concerned about traffic in the area and flooding concerns in the Highland Park section. These concerns are expected to be raised at the meeting.
The sketch submitted to the township consists of 374 apartments spread through 22 buildings and 106 townhomes over 11 buildings. Early plans also call for a community building and spots for recreation.
The property where the development is planned is still not owned by the developer and that move would likely come if Ingerman Development Company proceeds forward.

The planned development still has several hurtles and many months of work before any ground is broken.
