Forecasters from the NWS say the snow will come in rapidly and fall ย heavy to moderate at times during Tuesday mornings commute for warning drivers and those using public transportation to take precautions. According to NWS snow is expected to fall at inch per hour during that time and creating havoc for the public in general. The service also points to the additional weight of the snow ย potentially causing problems due to the excess weight of snow on already weakened structures.
Power outages are also expected, the NWS said.
