Bristol Twp. Suspends Trash Pickup Due to Expected Winter Storm

Bristol Township announced Wednesday afternoon trash and recycling pickup is suspended in anticipation of the oncoming winter storm, a press release says.

Collections for normally scheduled for Thursday will take place Friday, February 14  and collections  regularly scheduled for Friday will occur on Saturday, February 15.

The township asks residents: “If possible, please place the bins to the curb for collection AFTER the height of the storm has passed on Thursday evening for Friday collection to allow a clear path for the Township snowplow trucks to clear snow during the storm.”

Residents, in the press release, are thanked for their patience and understanding while the area awaits to be slammed by snow, freezing rain, and sleet.
