โข Family Service Association of Bucks County will use $10,000 to support a program that provides information, support and referrals for low-to-moderate income elderly and disabled residents of the Bucks County Housing Authority (BCHA) managed housing sites who otherwise would be at high risk of losing their independence.

โAfter confirming our strong performance for 2013, First Federal was able to release an additional $30,000 for charitable contributions in Bucks County,โ Coyle said. โWe were able to give 5 percent of our net income back to the communities we serve, which is an annual goal we strive to achieve. I am proud of our ability to share our financial well-being with groups that will help those in the community who are less fortunate than we are. In todayโs economic environment, the work that the Bucks County Opportunity Council, Family Service Association of Bucks County and United Way Bucks County are doing is more critical than ever.โ
