Two men are accused of stealing from vehicles last month in Bristol borough and township.
Police say Brian Wlandyka, 20, of Northampton, and John Scott, 23, of Perkasie, were nabbed on Purdue Avenue in the Edgley section of Bristol Township in early December after a caller reported them trying to enter parked cars in the area, according to court papers.

Two people who said they witnessed the two suspects enter cars in the area of Palmer and Purde avenues confirmed Wlandyka and Scott were the men they saw, police said.
Scott was found to to have vitamins and four “white oblong pills marked 44175,” court papers say. The unknown oblong pills have been sent to the crime lab for review, according to police.
A vehicle that was entered had about $4 in change stolen from it, police said. Scott was found with about $16 of change, according to court records.

While at the Bristol Township police station being processed, police found Wlandyka was wearing a Bristol Borough High School Class of 1988 ring and a gold wedding bank with the year 1999 engraved on it. Wlandyka told a sergeant he is married and the wedding band. He also said the high school ring belongs to his step father, police said. Police contacted a man, who they did not note as to whether or not it was Wlandyka’s step father, and that reported both rings were stolen from his Chrysler, according to court papers.
Both men are being charged with two counts of conspiracy, receiving stolen property and a single county of theft from a motor vehicle

Scott was arraigned Wednesday afternoon before Judge Joanne Kline and sent to county jail on $10,000 bail. Wlandyka will be arraigned next month.
