Woodward’s robbery spree, according to police, fell apart October 30 after he robbed the Country Farms Market on Makefield Road in Falls Township at around 8:30 p.m.

According to court papers, investigators from Falls and Lower Makefield used text messages between Woodward and his alleged getaway driver to find out where he fled following the armed robbery of the Country Farms Market.

An additional key component in capturing Woodward was the getaway car,  a white Honda Accord  used for several of the armed robberies. Adam Cain of Falls Township was taken into custody on November 7  for being Woodward’s  getaway driver  in at least one of the robberies.
