A former Levittown man who is a current Morrisville resident was arrested in New Jersey after police say he engaged them in a chase.

Thomas Spinola, 35, was spotted by South Brunswick, N.J. officers William Merkler and George Morgan driving a 2008 Mitsubishi Eclipse with Pennsylvania plates on Thursday afternoon.
