A wanted man was taken into custody following a traffic stop in Bristol Township on New Year’s Eve morning.

A state trooper pulled a gold Saturn over just after 9 a.m. Tuesday at the Bristol exit of I-95. He discovered the driver was using false identification during the stop, a press release said.

The trooper was able to identify the driver of the Saturn as Leonaido Garcia, 43, of Morrisville. Upon checking, state police said the trooper found Garcia was wanted in Philadelphia for an outstanding burglary warrant.

Garcia was arraigned before Judge Joanne Kline on charges of false identification to a law enforcement officer and two minor traffic offenses. He was remanded to Bucks County jail unable to post 10 percent of $30,000 bail.
