Snow Plow Stolen Hours Before Storm

A snow plow was stolen from the property of a local contractor before Sunday’s flakes began to fall.

The owner of a local landscaping business showed up around 11:15 a.m. to discover the $3,000 snow plow attachment missing from his property on Zimmerman Lane, Bristol Township police report.

The snow-removal device was taken sometime between 3:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday morning. A Fox 29 broadcast identified the owner as Scott Zeek of Zeek Landscaping.

Reporter Bruce Gordon said on the newscast that a new plow will cost the local businessman $4,000.
