A visualization published online by The Washington Post this week shows where the nation’s elite live. Two local zip codes – Langhorne and Morrisville – rank high compared to other Levittown-area zip codes.
The map, which goes with a story about the most elite zip codes in the nation, ranks the area based on both income and educational attainment. The two factors were averaged together and ranked between 0 and 99. Zip codes with a rank of 95 or above – and there are several in Bucks County – are called “Super Zips.”

While Langhorne and Morrisville don’t make the “Super Zip” qualifications they come close, with Morrisville ranking less than 10 points away from being a “Super Zip.”
The Langhorne data displayed in the map includes Penndel, Hulmeville, Langhorne Manor and parts of Middletown and Northampton. Data pulled together for the Morrisville zip code covers Morrisville Borough and parts of Falls and Lower Makefield.
