Bristol Twp. School Bus Involved in Crash

A Bristol Township School District bus was involved in a multi-vehicle accident on Monday morning.

No serious injuries to the children on the bus was reported, according to a school district official. Fire sources report one child suffered a minor head injury and was seen by medics at the scene.

The accident happened just after 9 a.m. outside the Glen Hollow Apartments on Newportville Road and police immediately responded to the accident. Superintendent Dr. Samuel Lee was reported by a district staff member to be at the scene of the crash as of 9:40 a.m.

It is unclear what caused the accident or where the school bus was headed at the time.
