Lloyd provided ย reporters with an account of what happened on that Tuesday after noon when 14-year-old Williams was tasered along Route 13 after he fled police custody In speaking with the boy, Lloyd and Brinkley said he was knocked unconscious at has little recollection of the incident. The private investigators said they had spoken with witnesses and had new evidence to prove Williams injuries came from police brutality but declined to elaborate to what that evidence was.

Asa Khalif, president of New York-based Racial Unity USA, attended the rally and spoke out against Tullytown police.

“We are going to hold these racist bigots accountable,” he said in a tone much more animated than the relatively relaxed Brinkley and Lloyd. Khalif continued to denounce Tullytown police in his strongly-worded rhetoric calling the department “”racists.”

Khalif said borough police officers had “countless” incidents where they harassed “brown people” even outside of their jurisdiction. LevittownNow.com asked him to elaborate on his statement and he provided little supporting information.

When questioned after the briefing about the Black BB Gun Marissa Sargent said was among the items allegedly stolen by Williams and his uncle, Lloyd said he had no new information ย to share on about it and wondered aloud also as to why the gun was not among the items listed on court documents.

“That’s one the problems about this whole thing” he said, “where is that evidence?”
