Neshaminy School Board President Ritchie Webb never heard of news and sports commentator Keith Olbermann until Friday morning.
Olbermann named Webb and Neshaminy High School Principal Dr. Rob McGee among his “Worst Persons in the Sports World” on his nightly ESPN 2 program Thursday.

“I’ve gotten plenty of congratulatory phone calls,” Webb said with a chuckle.
The school board president, who has lead the district through a nationally reported on teachers strike and five-year contract battle, said Olbermann “doesn’t have all the facts.”
“I take it for what it is,” he added.

Webb last major national TV appearance was several years ago when he was a guest on Fox New Channel. He said in that case a limo picked him from his Levittown home and drove him to New York City where he spoke about the Neshaminy teacher impasse.
Webb did say with a chuckle that he would welcome Olbermann to the next Neshaminy High School Redskins sporting event.
