Two days after a shooting in the Levittown section of Falls Township, the victim remained in critical condition.

The victim was in Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia in critical condition as of late Sunday afternoon, Lt. Hank Ward said. It is unclear as of press time if doctors have been able to remove a bullet lodged behind the man’s heart.

Little information is available about the victim, but neighbors did say the two were friends.

Following the shooting, which lead to the arrest of  26-year-old Charles Byle III, investigators descended up a blue home in the 50 block of Nettletree Lane. By Saturday evening, police said they had finished processing the shooting scene, which court papers describe as being bloody.

Police also told LevittownNow.com “several” weapons were discovered inside the Nettletree Lame home. A revolver found in a bedroom is believed to be the gun used in the shooting, police reported. According to court paperwork, drug paraphernalia and fireworks were found in the house.
