According to court paperwork, Falls Township officers were called to the unit block of Whitespruce Lane in Levittown Sunday for a domestic dispute. They arrived and found Rachel Rodriguez claiming she had been shot by a man, whose relationship police did not make clear in court papers. Police said the accusation that she was shot was unfounded.

“The defendant (Rodriguez) was highly intoxicated, and began to yell and curse loudly on the front porch of the residence,” a police criminal complaint states.
Authorities transported Rodriguez to her family’s home in Bristol and told her to stay away from the Whitespruce Lane house or she would face arrest.
Hours later, police were back at the Whitespruce Lane house and found the man involved in the first incident. He told them, according to court papers, that Rodriguez threatened to vandalize his vehicle.

When the man came back to his house after moving his car to a nearby street, he found Rodriguez inside his residence, police said. According to court papers, she was throwing items from a bedroom dresser onto the floor.
She then is accused of punching him in the chest and running, police said.

Falls police located her and said she “flailed violently,” which required the arresting officer to use “considerable force” to contain her.
Police said they found two prescription drug bottles on her that were not in her name.
Rodriguez was charged with defiant trespass, simple assault, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and a misdemeanor drug charge. She was arraigned Monday before on-call District Judge William Benz and is free on $15,000 unsecured bail.
