Langhorne Bank Robbed at Gunpoint

Police are investigating the armed robbery of the First Federal Bank of Bucks County branch in Langhorne Borough.

The bank at the corner of Richardson and Bellevue avenues, according to scanner reports, was robbed at around 6 p.m. Friday evening. It is not clear if the armed bandit made off with any cash.

Early reports indicate the male suspect wore a mask and carried a bag during the robbery. The type of gun he used was not available as of press time.

As of 7:15 p.m., police from Langhorne Manor, Penndel, State Police and a Falls Township K-9 unit ย were assisting borough officers with the investigation and search for the suspect.

Authorities on scene had no comment at this time as the investigation is ongoing and a search for the suspect continues.
