So Kevin, the owner of McGettigan Landscaping, and his step-son Tyler designed a plan to frighten trick-or-treaters.
The haunted house, sponsored by McGettigan Landscaping, started out small and now has become a large production and a yearly event at 218 Waltham Road in Fairless Hills – the McGettigan Haunted House!
Since its eerie arrival on Halloween 2008, hundreds have enjoyed the all is welcome free event the family puts together.

Filled with creepy mazes, bloody props, and live actors to frighten guests along the way, the McGettiganโs turn their backyard into a chamber of horrors of sorts.
Every year the turnout continues to grow, said wife Dana, describing the car loads of kids and parents showing up for the horror and games.

Kevinย expects to be sleeping very little over the next 24 hours as he prepares his maze of horror for the community.
“Itโs something we really enjoy doing for the community,” he said, “and we just want to get the word out so more people come out and enjoy the Halloween fun.”
With many family and friendโs volunteering to help haunt, the McGettigan Haunted House ย is something for trick or treaters and families to enjoy.
