For reasons not listed in court papers, police had Adam Mazzocchi, 30, of Morrisville, exit the vehicle after he consented to a search of his car. While exiting the vehicle, Mazzocchi told Officer Brian Fisher that he was carrying heroin in his right pocket, police said.
In all, 27 wax baggies packages inside of clear bags were removed from Mazzocchi’s pocket, according to court papers. Police said the powder substance filling the bags is suspected heroin.
During an interview with police, Mazzocchi said the heroin he had was for a mix of personal use and sales. He added, according to court documents, that he intended to deliver at least 3 of the bags.

A black LG cell phone was also taken in as evidence. Mazzocchi is said to have told police he used the phone for both purchasing and selling heroin.
All of the alleged drugs have been sent to the Bucks County Crime Lab for testing.
The 30-year-old also was driving with a suspended license, police said.

Mazzocchi was charged with manufacture, delivery or possession with intent and two other drug-related offenses. He was arraigned before on-call District Judge Donald Nasshorn and sent to county jail on 10 percent of $30,000 bail.
