Did You See The Fireball Monday Night?

There are multiple reports that a fireball whizzed across the skies above the area Monday night.

According to the  American Meteor Society, they have received about 63 reports in Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Washington D.C. and Virginia. The fireball was spotted at about 8:25 p.m.

“I’ve seen shooting stars before, but never saw anything that was colorful like this event,” John from North Wales told the American Meteor Society.

WTOP radio in Washington D.C. reported their space expert as saying the fireball was fireball appeared white to him while others said it was red.
