For a second time, a Croydon man is being summoned to Bristol Borough District Court to face three corruption of minor charges, authorities say.

On January 19 , Bristol Township police responded to an alleged rape complaint reported to Glenn Hollow Apartments, which officers investigated and referred the case to detectives for further investigation, court records show.

Police interviewed Tracy Lee Warner, 49, at his apartment, according to court documents, and he told police that his step-daughter and two friends had spent the night at the apartment he shares with the girls mother, his wife.

Warner told police in “great detail” about two minors having sex in the bathroom and how he slept on an air-mattress with his underage step daughter. The defendant told police he used drinks from the refrigerator to mix the beverages before serving them to theย three minors, records say.

Bristol Township police originally filed the same charges against the 49 year-old man from Croydon in April. They were subsequently withdrawn by the Bucks County District Attorney’s office because new leads were being developed, investigators said. The leads culminated in the charges filed on Monday.

The three minors were interviewed by police. Each said Werner gave them vodka to drink, according to court papers.

Warner is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on October 30 in Bristol Borough Court.
