Bristol firefighter Dave Wintz Sr. will be among the fallen Bucks County firefighters honored Sunday outside the courthouse in Doylestown.
The ninth annual Bucks County Fallen Firefighters Memorial Service will start at 10 a.m. at the county’s memorial to the heroes, which is near the the intersection of Main and Court streets.

Plans to Fix Nightmare Road Moving Forward
Bensalem paramedic and firefighter Daniel McIntosh, who passed away in 2010 while on a call, and Bensalem fire police captain Paul Wurst, who died in 1958, will have their names added to the memorial.
Wintz’s name was added to the memorial in 2012. He passed away last year after responding to the massive blaze at the Dow Chemical facility in Bristol Township.
