At about 5:30 a.m. Monday morning, Bristol Borough police and Bristol Fire Company 51 responded to a rescue call on the 300 block of Radcliffe Street following reports a man climbed one of the towers along the Delaware River.
Upon arrival, authorities found a naked man – identity and address unknown – who had climbed ย the tower behind Wells Fargo Bank, according to officials on scene.

Witnesses’ on the scene told LevittownNow the man in question “might have been drunk” but they weren’t sure.
Bristol Borough Fire Chief Herb Slack on Monday said his company was there to help and support police but could not give any further details on the matter.
The initial call to first responders and police was a water rescue call.

Officials, up until now, have been tight-lipped about the incident except to say that it did take place and the unknown man was taken to Lower Bucks Hospital for a mental health evaluation.
On witness on the scene described the events as “crazy” saying the “naked dude” was laughing and yelling at the officials and only appeared “drunk.”
