Head-On Collision on Bristol-Oxford Valley Road Lands 2 in Hospital

A two car head on accident late Tuesday night left two vehicles totaled on Bristol-Oxford Valley Road and Red Rose Way. The crash required one driver to be extricated from their vehicle by first responders and emergency services.

Middletown Township Police on Wednesday said there were no serious injuries at the scene, however, two people were transferred for medical treatment and evaluation to a local medical facility. One community member said the accident was a head-on wreck.

Reports that one driver was  traveling on the wrong side of the road without headlights on, have not been verified by officials, however, witnesses’ have told LevittownNow.com that’s what they saw just prior to the wreck.

Middletown Police said the investigation is still ongoing and had no further information to release at publication time.
