The woman told police she got into a fight with her ex-boyfriend – later identified as Richard Griffin, 42, of Levitown – and he began video taping her on his cell phone, court records state.
When the woman tired to grab the phone, Griffin pushed her, police said. The woman then said her ex-boyfriend put her in a headlock, according to court papers.
Police said the woman told them she was able to get out of the headlock by biting Griffin.

Medics were called to the house and police said the woman only suffered a minor abrasion to her arm.
Griffin was arrested in July for simple assault in Bristol Township. That case is awaiting a preliminary hearing.
Griffin was arraigned on a charge of simple assault before District Judge Robert Wagner Jr. and sent to county jail on 10 percent of $50,000.
