
Five people were arrested or cited by Middletown Township police over the weekend. All are accused of theft from the Oxford Valley Mall.
Justin Starr, 30, of Morrisville, was the first of the weekend to be arrested. He is alleged to have taken $700 worth of merchandise from the Macy’s on Friday afternoon.

Several minutes later, Robert Kirk Jr., 40, of Bristol, was cited after police say he took close to $55 worth of good from Sears.
On Friday evening, Rashonda White, 19, of Upper Darby, was charged with two counts of retail theft and possession of an instrument of crime after police said they suspect she took $96 in items from the Forever 21 store Friday evening. She was sent to county jail on 10 percent of $25,000 bail after an arraignment before District Judge John Kelly.
The weekend arrests were rounded out when Tyisha Cummings-Norman, 18, of Trenton, and a 16-year-old girl from Philadelphia were charged with retail theft and receiving stolen property on Saturday. Police said the the duo stole $596 worth of merchandise from the Macy’s.
