A man with a handgun robbed the Wawa on Emilie Road in Bristol Township’s Levittown section at approximately 3:30 a.m. Friday morning, police said.
Lt. Terry Hughes said the suspect in the robbery was seen loitering outside the store about an hour before he walked in, displayed the black gun and robbed the store. The suspect took the money out of the cash register and fled with an undetermined amount of cash.

The suspect was described by police as a thin black male, about 6-feet-tall, wearing while sneakers, jogging pants with a red stripe, black hoodie and a black baseball cap with an insignia of some kind.
The Friday robbery came just days after a similar armed robbery at the Sunoco on Durham Road in Bristol Township. Hughes said he does not believe the two incident are related.
The suspect in the Sunoco robbery showed a revolver and is described as a skinny white man, 5-foot-9, wearing blue jeans, a windbreaker and a hat.
