Following a massive four-alarm fire at the Racquet Club Apartments, local residents are looking for ways to help. We’ve compiled a list of donation points, as posted on social media and reported by organizers.
Bouncing Off the Walls will be collecting various items to help the families who lost everything in the fire Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at their location at , 8919 New Falls Road in Levittown. The business posted on Facebook that they’d would give a 50 percent “bounce pass” to anyone who brings in a filled bag of donations. The business collected a large amount of donations already on Saturday.

The Levittown Rebels football team will be collecting donations for the victims at Wardog Memorial Field at the Bristol Township Complex on Bath Road from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday.
Jo-Jo’s Ice Cream and Water Ice on New Falls Road in Levittown is working to set up a fundraiser for the families on August 17. More details are expected in the coming days.
Shutterbeej Photography will be collecting clothing, toys and diapers from the fire’s youngest victims. Donations can be dropped off at the photography studio at 8919 New Falls Road in Levittown on Sunday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Penns Trail Self Storage is collecting donations for the victims. The drop-off point is at the business at 104 Penns Trail in Newtown.
From Jacqui Redner: “George Redner and the Knights Of The Inferno Firefighters MC Club has started a huge donation drive, already receive house full of furniture, clothing and other things. From the American Red Cross Southeastern Pennsylvania Chapter:
“There has been an outpouring of support from the community and the Red Cross is very appreciative of the generosity of those who have been inquiring about donation of items such as clothing, blankets, and other personal items. The Red Cross cannot accept such donations, but we are directing folks to get in touch with the school district if they have those types of donations.
“The best way to assist the Red Cross response is to make a financial donation by going online to redcrossphilly.org, calling 1-800-RED CROSS and making a donation to the Southeastern Pennsylvania Chapter, or by texting REDCROSS to 90999 to make a $10 donation. Fund raised during disasters help the Red Cross to be able to respond to disasters in our region like this that happen everyday.”

Working with the Red Cross, State Representative Frank Farry will be hosting a donation drop-off Monday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Walter Miller Elementary School at 10 Cobalt Ridge Drive in Middletown’s Levittown section. “The public is welcome to drop off bare necessities (i.e. toiletries and detergents and pet supplies) and/or NEW or GENTLY USED clothing ONLY. Please NO toys, sports equipment or other non-essential items,” according to a Red Cross spokesperson. Displaced residents will be able to gather what they need and receive gift cards and other services at the Elementary School on Monday at 8 p.m.
